This article will give you more details about the process of making an offer on a home, and will help you with any questions that you might have.

The first step is meeting with your agent. You and your agent will come up with a reasonable offer based on factors such as the selling prices of similar homes in the area, how long the home has been on the market, etc. You will then need to fill out a Purchase Agreement Form. Price
